The Biggest Baby Ever!

My baby Caisen turned two. Even though we have a new baby in the house, Caisen is also going to continue to be my baby, so I guess as he gets bigger and bigger, he will be the biggest baby ever. He is so cuddly, squishy and lovey, he couldn’t be anything else. Grandma and Grandpa were in town to meet baby Daisy, so we decided to go ahead and have Caisen’s birthday party a few weeks early so they could be there. Of course, that was a few months ago, but it’s been so wild, I haven’t been able to post pictures. Happy birthday Caisen! We love you!

/At 2 weeks postpartum (remember folks, c-section), a birthday party wasn’t easy, but we pulled together a nice lunch and had fun with the Guinns.

/It took me forever to find an orange ball. Of course when I did it was at the very bottom of a huge ball bin at Target. But I dug it out because I love that kid and want him to have his special color.

/Caisen got his own baby. He loves to put Brinlee’s baby to bed and feed it a bottle, so we got him a baby. Guess what he named him? Caisen. Good plan kid!

/I made a dumptruck cupcake cake for the big day. I know it looks homemade, but it was made with love. That counts, right?

/Check out that kick! Kimball is such a natural athlete like his dad. They each got a soccer ball in their special color, and a little goal. Kimball was making goals from 10 feet back. When he missed, he would collapse on the floor and have a little breakdown. Kimball, this is supposed to be fun! Let’s dial back the intensity. Your foot made contact with the ball. You’re 3 years old. That’s great!
